Remake & Package Protection Policy

At God’s Creation, each jewelry piece is made to order with care and purpose. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting Package Protection at checkout. This ensures you’re eligible for a remake in the event of a qualifying issue.

Remakes may be approved under the following conditions:

  • Delivered but Missing:
    If your package is marked as delivered but not received, a remake can only be claimed if Package Protection was selected at checkout.

 

  • Item or Packaging Arrived Damaged:
    If your jewelry, chain, message card, or box arrives damaged or defective and should not have passed our quality control, we will gladly resend only the affected component.
    Example: If the chain or gift box is damaged, we’ll resend that part of the order.

 

  • Incorrect Item or Artwork Received:
    If you receive the wrong item or the message card/artwork is incorrect or damaged, we’ll resend only the item or card in question.
    To process this, our Support Team requires a video of the product and the original packaging it arrived in. Without this information, we cannot approve a remake.

 

  • Item Stuck in Transit:
    If your order has been stuck in shipping for an extended, unreasonable time, we may offer a remake upon investigation. Please note that delivery times vary by country and season (e.g., customs delays or peak holiday volume).
