Shipping policy

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking emails are typically sent out the evening your item is shipped.

Shipping & Carrier Delays

God’s Creation is not responsible for delays caused by holidays, weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. Any incorrect shipping or billing information entered at checkout may also result in delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

God’s Creation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. No refunds or credits will be issued for such matters.

We are closed and do not process or ship orders on the following holidays. These are not considered business days, but you may still place an order on our website:

P.O. BOXES

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If your order includes a P.O. Box in the shipping section, it will be canceled and refunded minus a $25 restocking fee.

God’s Creation is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. Please check with your local carrier or customs office for more information before placing your order.
