At God’s Creation, every item is made to order with intention and care. Because each piece is uniquely crafted once your order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Why?

We believe in thoughtful production — not mass manufacturing. Each product is created specifically for you, reflecting our commitment to faith, sustainability, and quality.

Exceptions to This Policy:

We will provide a replacement or store credit in the following cases:

• You received a defective or damaged item
• You received the wrong size or product due to our mistake
• The item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled

To qualify, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Replacement:

Email us at everlasting.sup@aol.com with:

• Your full name & order number
• A clear photo of the item and issue
• A brief explanation

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Any item not in its original condition due to customer handling
